My house was already on the market for 6 months prior to listing with Chad. Once listed it only took a day and a half to sell. Very impressive! I first call the office to look at a newly listed home. Randa called us back on a SUNDAY! She got a hold of the owner. We got to look at the house that day. Unfortunately, not the house for us. Our realtor, Randa Haug, was the perfect guide through the intimidating process of buying a house. Even the fact that we were out-of-state for most of it didn't phase her.
