We had an excellent buying experience at the Sunset Valley store. Store manager Ken Pool greeted us in a friendly manner, informed us of the current (Labor Day) sale, then left us to browse. He would cruise by occasionally, doing that sales person thing, asking if we were looking for anything special, and if we had questions. I could not find the store with Google Maps so I called. The person who answered was very patient in helping me find landmarks so I could get there. Then in person he was courteous and very helpful. He explained everything carefully (not in stock, when it would be, etc). He took a lot of time to get things right and make sure I was on board. Above and beyond in customer service. 👍
