Purchase process is easy, but they’re no where to be found after sale. Never respond to emails or calls about repair issues. This makes even the extended warranty you can buy absolutely worthless. And let’s be honest, who wants to call every other year to fix their furniture? We purchased their “top tier” products and they haven’t stood the test of time (only in 3rd season) and they just never respond for service requests. The umbrella is the worst. Had the most relaxed buying experience here. Chuck was awesome and he understands that people love to buy but hate to be sold. They have a huge selection and let us check it all out at our pace. If you go make sure you ask for Chuck!

Fast , easy, caring and knowledgeable. After an awful experience with Frontgate where I cancel a fully paid order they could not deliver in more than two months and for their uncaring aptitude, I can say in Chair King I found someone who cared and was most diligent. Thanks!
