I've had a terrible experience with purchasing a Screen Room from Champion, and I would encourage others to stay away from them altogether. I signed my contract and submitted the initial deposit one month ago. In that time, I've basically been ghosted by Champion after finally hearing back from them today. Apparently they got the estimate wrong (which I went over with the sales rep in painstaking detail multiple times in person), and I now have three options: - REDUCE the size of my screen room, - PAY an additional FIFTEEN ... read more
I had several companies come to my house to give me estimates on replacing my windows. Dan Randle from Champion was by far the best. He was professional and easy to work with. He gave me several estimates based on adding or removing windows from my project so that I could stay within my budget. He did not pressure me while he was at my house nor after our meeting. I highly recommend Champion. We also have a champion sunroom that we added a few years ago. They have high quality products.
We wanted to replace an older exterior door and match it to a newer champion door in our addition. Dan Randle came and listened to what we hoped to do. He's very professional and answered all our questions, and made some good recommendations. We're very pleased with the presentation and look forward to our brand new door.

With great regret I have to post that champions customer service is unresponsive and poor.. I have a sunroom and Deck built by them and it needs servicing. It’s very difficult to get them via phone and finally we decided to pay them a visit last Friday Jan 12th.
