I had a pleasure to talk to Dan today for our back door project and not only was he very professional and knowledgeable about the products, he also helped me looking at my options. It is neither an easy nor a cheap project, but he made me feel very comfortable talking about prices and options, something I often don’t feel like doing with sales people.

Champion replaced out front door with a double door. The results speak for themselves. Absolutely gorgeous! They were easy to work with and provided excellent service. Installation was quick.

With great regret I have to post that champions customer service is unresponsive and poor.. I have a sunroom and Deck built by them and it needs servicing. It’s very difficult to get them via phone and finally we decided to pay them a visit last Friday Jan 12th. The lady at desk was courteous noted our issues and told us that a service representative will call us Monday Jan 15th .. nobody called and all I got was a text message from a person called Kristen saying “hello what do you need?” And she never answered my calls or m... read more

Very disappointed in service from champion. I paid over 100 to have someone take pictures from the ground that I could have submitted better ones myself. They couldn’t give a quote in person there seems to be no set prices and process this business has for pricing. after telling me I’m paying 100 plus for a quote and the person who came didn’t get on a ladder and claimed I had algae on something that is def not algae!
