Dr. Chadha always enters the room with a smile and a nice cheerful “How are you.” He has been operating for decades and is very good at what he does. I would recommend him ten times over.
A pre-determination of expenses, was supposed to be sent to my Capital Blue insurance. Your office manager, Alexandra McNicholas, was supposed to resend it per her call to me on 11/21/23. Capital Blue has not received it. I have been coming there for years. Why I am being treated this way is very frustrating. Dr. Chadha I am very disappointed with the treatment I have received from your office about this whole situation. I guess I have to look for a new dentist.
