Dr Chao Li is always so very kind and patient. She listens and cares about her patients always making sure that I am feeling well and getting proper sleep. It’s always a pleasure speaking with her.
Our conversation was very informative. This is my first appointment and look forward to seeing how this will improve my daily life.
Horrible experience - had to get tested for something that was already diagnosed. The provider had a shouting match in my session when the results said my diagnosis was confirmed. Charged me for 2 visits and an exam they ordered just to tell me they couldnt refill any medications because they disagreed with their own test. An insane waste of time
Chao Li is a great provider. She really cares and gives options which I like.
Only one visit so far, but everyone seems to be very professional, nice, and helpful. Asked all the right questions, and understood my requests and requirements. Which is kinda rare in mental health lately for some reason!
