NP, Chao Li, was easy to talk to • she was concerned and patient with me. As I explained all my stressors she listened. I was thankful for her listening to me as I vented. This was my first session with her. I held nothing back. I felt somewhat embarrassed because I cried during our session. She seemed to be even more open to my problems. Horrible experience - had to get tested for something that was already diagnosed. The provider had a shouting match in my session when the results said my diagnosis was confirmed. Charged me for 2 visits and an exam they ordered just to tell me they couldnt refill any medications because they disagreed with their own test. An insane waste of time
