First timer. Looked them up before I knew what to do. Then my PCP recommended them. Then a friend in counseling recommended them. It was easy to schedule over the phone. My PNP was fantastic. Asked all the right questions and answered all of mine. Explained well what she thought I needed. Have to admit I was s ared what to expect but was eased in how it went. Thank you. Highly recommend..

I have been suffering with anxiety and was so hopeful for my video visit with Dr Li. When I balked at being prescribed SSRIs and tried to express that I didn't want antidepressants, she didn't seem to care. I lost my composure and she said "don't like it, find another Dr". I'm beyond frustrated and she absolutely crushed any hope I had of receiving help and getting my life back.
