I had my first appointment at Chapters last week. I found the experience extremely pleasant. The environment was very welcoming. This was a free consultation appointment. I was greeted well and the aesthetician explained all options about my issue. I am about to travel so we decided to start treatment on my return.
I have been a member at Chapter Fayetteville for several years now. I had my last appointment on Friday, May 15th. The appointment went fine and towards the end I discussed some treatments I would like on the future and my esthetician suggested I look into something I believe was called “care credit”. From my first visit I felt listened to, respected and not just a client but a friend. Warm welcome with offer of water and fresh brewed coffee. The free skin assessment proved to be the beginning of my Chapter Journey. The trilogy program resulted in results that were far better than any expectation. Each visit was filled with kindness and care. I highly recommend making an appointment - you will never regret it!
The aesthetic of the office is so lovely and delightful. I was immediately offered a drink of my choice, and the studio manager was warm and welcoming. I met with my practitioner and we reviewed all of the solutions to help solve my (wrinkly) problems. While my procedure was somewhat uncomfortable at times, my practitioner was always able to ease the discomfort. I totally recommend this place 💖
One of the staff members who did my lip filler hit a nerve under my lower lip during the procedure. Since then, my smile has changed, and when I smile or laugh, my lip pulls to one side. I now feel so self-conscious that I cover my mouth when I smile or laugh. They tried to fix the problem, but they were unable to. On top of that, the filler did not last at all, and my lips quickly returned to their natural size. I did not get the shape or volume I wanted. They do not deserve more than one star.
