From my first visit I felt listened to, respected and not just a client but a friend. Warm welcome with offer of water and fresh brewed coffee. The free skin assessment proved to be the beginning of my Chapter Journey. The trilogy program resulted in results that were far better than any expectation. Maura did a fantastic job on my cool peel. Very caring and checked in with me the next day. Healing went as it should and the results are excellent. Feels and looks amazing. Well worth it after a summer of lots of sun.
I was looking forward to showing up for my appointment last weekend, and mind you, I live 30-35 minutes away from this place. I received a call confirming my appointment the day before. My injector bruised me pretty good. Maura is much more knowledgeable and can do it quicker.she had a hard time putting in the needles through my “thick skin” which cause a lot of bruising.
I underwent a CoolPeel laser treatment for dark spots on my face, costing $2,623.12. At the time of consultation, I was assured that the treatment would completely remove my dark spots and leave my skin clear and even. Based on that commitment, I decided to go ahead with the procedure and even took out a credit line loan to cover the cost.
