My whole experience with Lifestance has been amazing from the start. It was so easy to make an appointment online with a provider of my choice. Charis is amazing! I started seeing her about 4 years ago, after moving to the area from out of state. She is very nice, listens when I bring up concerns, but also gets straight to the point of recommending alternative medications when I ask (which is exactly what I want -- I'm an engineer so I like to dive right into problem-solving mode). After years of managing severe anxiety through therapy and medication, this is the first provider who has truly made me feel heard and respected. Charis listens carefully, treats me with compassion, and makes me feel like an active participant in my treatment rather than just another appointment. I always leave feeling understood and supported. Finding the right mental health provider can be difficult, and I am so grateful to have found someone who genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend.
Chais Foraker is extremely nice. Shes very experienced, knowledgeable , & I know I finally found the person to help me. She don't rush you through your appointment. She cares about her patient's. I totally recommend her.
I've been going to Dr. Charis Foraker for over a year now and she is amazing!! Very nice and she cares for her patients like a doctor should, and she listens to you while working together for the right treatment plan. My last visit with her, I explained that I had a very traumatic tragedy and I haven't been able to find the right type of therapy, she did not hesitate to refer me and help me with what I'm going through!!! Best Psychiatrist!!!!
