Smilist Dental has been doing a great job with my teeth! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Charles Marks is extremely detail-oriented and always does an excellent job. I highly recommend them for quality, professional dental care.

I had my first initial appt .with Dr.Marks at the Smilist Dental office today . I have alot of dental treatment anxiety typically going to dentists but fortunately I was made to feel very comfortable from the moment I walked into his exam room by his nurse and assistant , and then by Dr.Marks himself . Friendly, professional , easy to talk with I felt at ease and relaxed . Look, I see they have very good reviews and keeping in mind I only went in for one appointment, I’m going to give my honest review. I went in to get some residual composite resin filed off one canine. Initial impression, the office space is messy and looks unclean, dust in corners and tools just sitting there opened. We get to the chair and all i needed was a small piece filed that the doc and the dental assistant were laughing at how small it was. I've been overcharged on multiple visits here. They insist on same-day payment at the time of the visit, which would be fine, except they consistently miscalculate my personal responsibility with my insurance. If I weren't diligent about doublechecking the charges, I'd never know I'm overpaying (which many patients probably don't, which probably pays off very well for the practice).
