What is going on over there with your scheduling? This is the second time that my daughter's appointment was not correctly scheduled. I can understand a miscommunication once, but 2 times now?? This does not give me much confidence in the abilities of the staff, that you would schedule another patient in her place but tell her it's her appointment, and when she shows up for appointment, she doesn't have one. Two separate times!? Do you even realize how upsetting this is for your patient!? Bad for business.
My therapist Charlie is very very nice and very intelligent and I have no problem with him I will go to see him anytime thank you Charlie

Pleasant staff but my therapist was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation and concerns! He helped me feel better about myself and optimistic about my future.
