I think it's a necessary service for any business to be 24/7/365 days these days. I wonder how much it would cost me to lose a potential customer if I was not at my computer. To be honest, for most businesses, even a single lost lead saved by a 24 hour service is worth the fees. 10 star for price as compared to some others.
