Awesome! Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Patti from leasing is truly amazing! I moved out for a little over a year and decided to move back and she instantly knew who I was as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone at Chatwell club is so friendly and quick to do their job!! Thank you!!!

Fantastic place to live! I have been living in Chatwell Club for a year now and I love it! The Management is great I have never had an issue. I feel very safe the neighbors are friendly and I just love the location and the apartment is great too!
Chatwell Club I have just moved into Chatwell club and it is one of the best apartments i have ever lived in. All of the Neighbors are respectful and the employee's are great to talk with and get answers easy and they make sure your needs are taking care of right away. It is a great place to live I wouldn't recommend anywhere else to live. fantastic It's only been a few weeks however I absolutely love it here...the neighborhood is friendly and safe. Office staff are great and always happy to see the coming and going of their renters. I've had to call maintenance once and they came quickly fixed the issue and were very friendly while in my home. I Definitely recommend chatwell to anyone who is looking for a nice apartment.
Do not recommend moving here! Don't do it! They told me that they were cleaning the apartment so they extend my move in date 2 weeks out, when I move in, the apartment looked like they only vacuum it everything else was half a**. The washer and dry was dirty and filled with pet hair, my door knob looked like someone tried to break in to the apartment, I have to have them replaced the door. In the winter electric and gas bill was over $400 for 1 BR 576 sf. The apartment never get warm no matter how long you have the heat on. ... read more
Do not recommend living here! Me and my boyfriend lived here for a year in a one bedroom apartment and it was terrible. First of all for a non-updated tiny apartment they are very over priced especially if you have ever been inside one of the two bedrooms which are much more updated and have newer appliances, carpeting, countertops etc. Also when we moved in our freezer was broken and the maintenance men came to "fix" it and said nothing was wrong with it when none of the food frozen.
