I really made a BAD mistake by moving OUT of The Oaks @ Park Duvalle😭 Moved a year ago into a NEW bldg and they have already changed hands twice. NO EMERGENCY CONTACT # FOR THE COMPLEX AND THE OFFICE HAS NO MACHINE TELLING WHO TO CALL OR CONTACT I need help PLEASE 2BR for me & my Mom 2gether🙏 PLZ WINTERWOOD, IM GOOD FOR IT. 20YR TENANT OF YOURS
They are very friendly but I can never catch no one in the office and when I leave a message it gets returned but probably days later but if they're going to go up on rent then we all as tenants need things fixed because when I first moved here I was told that if you're here four years you'll get new carpet you get fresh paint and I not once have none of that please reach out to me park Duvalle maybe they get this message
But is glad my old car is in the pic, my Monte! I MISS THAT CAR!!!
They were helpful and friendly when I visited the office.
