While there are some dedicated, kind staff here, there are lots of patient care problems. Examples: 1) Our patient is frequently, de-hydrated to some extent. Symptoms are obvious. We have asked many times that in addition to the small glass of water provided at meals, that there is a cup of water put on his bedside table every morning and afternoon. My mother in law was there 15 days. The care was awesome. It's a clean place. Friendly staff. Great care for her at 95 yrs old

My 93 year old dad was in the facility for approximately 2 months and received excellent care. We thought we were going to have to place him in assisted living but they took great care of him so he was able to take care of his personal and medical needs almost on his own. And what he couldn’t do once he was home, the facility set up care for him so it was an easier transition back home. He is now thriving. These people are just awful. I have a Loved one in that place and has been very neglected. I'm looking into a transfer. Please do not put your Loved one in this awful place. The staff is very incompetent, biased and ignorant. (update). I have tried to reach out to the administration and have failed to get a response. Infact, when I have called I just get an automated answering service. I find it interesting how the replies to all these reviews seem automated to, just slightly edited to satisfy that specific review. My loved ... read more
