I came here today for a colonoscopy/endoscopy. From the moment of check in, the staff was so friendly and sweet. The ladies who checked me in were so nice and so were all the sweet and funny nurses who got me ready for my procedure! Everyone was so patient and kind. We had some difficulty with getting the IV in my veins but that was only because of the dehydration from my prep. They worked quickly to figure it out to try to avoid as much discomfort as possible. When setting up the appointment with 306 I asked if they took my insurance. The girl on the phone said they did. I even gave the name of my insurance to make sure. I arrive and when she took my insurance card I could tell something was wrong. I asked to verify again they took my insurance. She said yeah it should be fine. I pushed harder that I needed to make sure. She made a phone call. She then wouldn't look at me and just said we need you to sign a waiver first. Seen John Cooper to remove a lipoma he was very kind explained everything and did right in the office on the next appt everything healed good I would recommend anyone to use him.
Checking in to my appointment, most visits (Suite 306) were fast and easy, however, this one was not. They stated I needed to get get x-rays via voicemail but I had a physical paper in my hand stating I did not. So that lead me to almost being denied my scheduled appointment because of a mistake on their end.
