Cherrywood is a great place to stay homes are spacious and everything looks up to part. The only issue is that the pool is often closed and if not closed often dirty the pool does not clean itself and the filters do not work so the pool is often dirty and often has to be clean and when it is clean, it’s often filled with lots of chlorine. The bottom of the pool is often slimy and often has bugs and leaves. Ms. Ashley is doing an amazing job. Cherrywood is getting new roofs on all the buildings and as soon as there is a situation with anyone apartment she is on it. This is why I live here and don’t plan on moving is because she cares. Thank you Ms. Ashley for everything you are doing for our complex.
Was so hot this past weekend and my family could not use the pool at all. This is awful management doesn't seem to care.
I scheduled a tour today and viewed two different one bedroom units. upon entrance they both smelled of 10 packs of kools. the first unit she showed had dead roaches in the laundry area. the second had roaches running up the kitchen counter. however the area is very quiet and the lady was so sweet. I just can't see myself staying there.
I have been in this apartment complex for quite sometime now and all I can say is Im gonna be sorry when I buy my house. The apartments here are all clean,spacious and affordable. I have no complaints at all. If something needs to be done in your apartment Ms Rossly ( I hope I spelled her name right), is the lady to get it done she is the apartment manager and she is so helpful,friendly and professional.I am really gonna miss her.
