For the price, pretty good I really like the atmosphere here. It's on the low price end of apartments in Richmond, but the complex feels safe. This is a place where families live. There are always kids playing and the ice cream truck comes by all summer. The apartment is pretty much what you'd expect: no frills and somewhat junky, but everything works. great place to call home My family and I have just moved here a couple of months ago and I have been very impressed with the faulty and staff...when we were at our wits end in trying to find a home these people gave us a chance and we are very grateful! !! Apartment complex is clean and great environment for the kids plenty of things to do....this is why I call my place now home !!!!
