I had eye surgery and they put the wrong implant. Then I had called them several times to get the office. I never got my call returned except the day of the appointment after I texted them on poor service. The doctors are very good but the office staff continuously give me very poor service. They overcharged us for the eye exam in Insurance paid everything and only wanted us to pay $20 for the co-pay but they collected $200 and now the Billing is not returning the calls. I left a message but no response. Be careful going to this place, especially if you’re have a good Insurance I’m still waiting on the callback from the billing team. I called again and talked to the lady named Tara in the Billing and she said oh it may take 90 days for us to refund the money because we haven’t gotten the explanation of benefits... read more

Dr May was amazing. Very very knowledgeable and explained in detail option and potential outcomes. Made referrals to outside providers and requested urgent attention for my case. Fully trust her analysis and recommendations. Her staff was outstanding as well. Definitely recommend.
