I had been living with cataracts for years, scared to have the procedure done. I finally decided my need to see and read was too important and went to KW, N Arlington. Dr Barke was amazing as was Dr Sanchez. They handled my extreme anxiety great as did all the staff and the procedure took very little time. I’m one day out on my right eye (left done few weeks ago) and I’ve gone from -12 &-10 contacts to 20/30vision! Wish I had done this years ago. Dr Barke thank you!!!!!

I had eye surgery and they put the wrong implant. Then I had called them several times to get the office. I never got my call returned except the day of the appointment after I texted them on poor service. The doctors are very good but the office staff continuously give me very poor service. Office manager is the worst. Please read my text to office. If they don't agree with my text why don't they respond my text. They left a message in my answering service when I arrived there. Very busy office causing the staff and Dr. Barke to be curt and superficial in their dealing with me as a patient. The priority seemed to be "do what is necessary and move on".
