This is my 4th year with Chicago shoreline and I adore my building. The property is always clean and attractive. My packages are always safe. Management & staff are super nice and attentive.
Recently moved into a Lakeview East apartment that was newly renovated and no major issues so far. Management has been responsive with our maintenance requests.
We are very fortunate to partner with Chicago Shoreline! Their apartments are priced well, upgraded nicely and easy to show. Their application process is easy and they are always available for questions regarding their units and very helpful in all aspects of the leasing process!

*Toured, not a tenant* My experience was good with Chicago Shoreline Apartments. I reached out about a unit and recieved a call later that day. Texting was also pretty responsive. Toured a couple days later and had a good experience. The tenant I talked to had nothing but good things to say.
