Terrible management company, dated apartments they charge top dollar for. I've lived in the building for 2 years and can only get ahold of someone when it's time for payment due. The management team is terrible, but the office staff at least tries, but can't authorize or make any decisions. They've perfected the run around. STEER CLEAR!!!
Ritchyl and Razyl are a joy to work with. Chicago Shoreline has an incredibly efficient staff and are there to help every step of the way through the leasing process.
