Horrible experience. They should have had my check at closing for the sale of my house. They didn’t and then charge me $25 to either mail it or direct deposit. Ridiculous. I have never done a closing with leaving without a check in my hand. No communication prior to. Poor customer service throughout. Do not recommend and will never use again.
Family had two separate experiences on two different closings, both of them cancelled when scheduled, then get call to come in now, everything is ready, as if we are just sitting around waiting for them. Get there and still not completely ready, so wait. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. and rude, like it was our fault we didn't know. Go with someone else!
Would not use Chicago title ever again. No communication what so ever! We got all our information from the buyers by their bank. Never contacted us on closing, how much closing was poor, poor customer service.
