I have been in the business for 31 years and Jayson and Kay are the dream team. They always take care of me and my clients. They return calls if not immediately usually with in an hour. But if you text them that it's urgent, they call back right away. Everytime I requested marketing materials, Kay always delivers it either the same day or the next day. I always joke with her that she is too much. I meant it in a positive way.
We recently purchased a house and the seller used this office for escrow. We closed and recorded on the intended day, but there was a distinct lack of communication and repeat issues. Prior to closing we requested a copy of the draft deed, which contained both misspellings in our name and misstated how we intended to take title. We immediately sent Chicago Title our corrections that same day, Tuesday. The mobile notary arrived Friday morning and the documentation provided had the same uncorrected errors. I'm looking for a good title company so looking at their good reviews, I took the chance and called, spoke to the female employee asking for their service. She said a male staff will call back. 4 days now, no reply. So I just take my business to another company. Spending thousands of dollars for a bad service is not in my playbook.
It has always been a great pleasure to work with Jayson and Kay, they are a great team and provide professional services!!!
