As a local Realtor, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Chicago Title on many closings, and they consistently deliver top-notch service. The team is always welcoming, professional, and incredibly efficient. Whenever unexpected issues come up (as they often do in real estate), they’re quick to problem-solve and keep the transaction on track. Their communication is clear and timely, and I always feel confident knowing my clients are in good hands. Highly recommend!

Big shoutout to the team at Chicago Title! You all make my life (and my clients’ lives) so much easier. From smooth closings to fast answers, I can’t say enough good things!! Grateful to have you on my side every step of the way! I am so thankful for the way you truly care about the agents and client experiences.

What a cluster. Lost documents. Didn’t reply to emails when asked for clarifying information. Lacks buyer/seller confidentiality. Refused to provide closing paperwork to read over prior to 24 hours before closing. Then added another document 1.5 hours before closing, which was inaccurate . 100% do not recommend Shannon Drzick. Even the original buyer’s realtor backed out due to the company’s disorganization.

Chicago Title in Niles is always professional. As a Realtor I need a title company that has the same goes as me and is easy to work with. They go above and beyond for every transaction and treat my clients as I treat my clients, with care and respect.
