One of the most expensive companies to do business with, and the one-star review is well earned. I've been waiting several months for my tax refund. Every time I call, I get the same excuse that only two people are processing checks and that mine will be sent next week. Nothing ever changes. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your clients and your time.
I've never had a worse experience getting a loan. I'm so sad this is who SoFi has chosen to work with and to be fair, at least for a mortgage, SoFi hasn't been a whole lot better. I have always had a wonderful experience with **** services and lending until now. This company works slow. They clearly do not care at all about customer service. My worst experience with a title company ever. Over the last 3 years I got 6 closings with 3 different companies. This was BY FAR the worst. Starting with a wrong Final Statement that went 10K short on the money that I had to deposit. I realized that the same closing day and was able to transfer 10K more before the closing. They sent me the Final Closing Statement (right this time) TWO DAYS AFTER the closing!!It was supposed to be a DocuSign closing at 2:00 pm. Be alert that they will not disclose beforehand that, in the case of a joint purchase didn't go through, they are unable to write a refund check for your ******* funds to the person who paid the initial deposit. Instead, they will write a check with all purchase parties on there and you will most likely encounter difficulties to deposit if you don't have a joint account with everyone's name on there.
