We live out of town and we’re visiting when our lawyer told us to stop by Title and Trust and ask to have 2 documents signed and notarized. Our closing was not scheduled yet but we were looking to close in less than a week as everything had been finished early. The woman at the front desk told us no because a courtesy call is appreciated as they are very busy on Friday’s. She wasn’t interested at all in trying to help us.
