I really hoped for a better experience. Organization and communication were less than desirable. I found out when I arrived that they had my title officer handling 2 closes simultaneously. Now over a week after close my team are uncovering errors not caught by the title company that will cost me money. I know it isn't buyers choice, but if you are a seller, I would choose an alternative.

They are horrible. I tried to reach them regarding a title insurance quote, they will never pick your phone call and will never return your call. Moreover, they are extremely expensive. Would not recommend these. If you are a buyer and your seller or his/her attorney is using this, avoid them. Search for other title insurance companies.
