Messiest closing I have had in forty years. I was the seller, everything felt like it was done by the seat of their pants, last minute. No the best at returning calls or listening to my real estate agent when they made mistakes. Today is the day after closing and I just signed a document. A document they told my realtor they corrected. I would never use this title company.
Horrible experience with Chelsea. She wouldn’t pick up a phone to investigate anything. I was executor for my brothers estate and I felt like my realtor and myself did most of the work and yet had to pay them title fees. Would not recommend.
Very nice and go that extra mile to help you.
All top professionals in my book! One of the best local title companies and we will continue to do business with them! Kitsy, Glenda, Lindsey, and Lisa 10/10!
Very friendly and professional. Clean facility. There are several locations across Indy. We've been to mooresville and carmel. Buth were excellent. They work hard to get you in and out.
