Do not use Chicago title. We had a split close with them and Premiere Lakeshore who is fantastic. If you see Chicago title, RUN. We are going through a fraud case and almost 5 months later they have done nothing. Our pay off check was sent away and altered and cashed. Chicago Title SHOULD have stepped up and paid it off. We were innocent victims. We were told by several title companies they would have paid it off and done what they needed to do on their end.
