I had a very quick and pleasant experience with my closing paperwork at this office! Monica took the time going over everything in detail, and assured me I signed properly for all the forms. That's a great feeling! Thanks Monica! :-)
When it comes to taking your money they’re great! But when it comes to helping someone that used them to close their time is too valuable for you. Called with a concern and when I was transferred to the Crystal Lake I was immediately met with hostility and attitude from a woman who obviously didn’t want to help. She’s too good and that’s above her pay grade I guess. Wish I would’ve gotten her name but she’ll know who she is. After 5 minutes she pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up on me.
Always a smooth transaction using them. I have used them almost a dozen times and plan to do more. The staff is very friendly, quick and helpful. Whenever I have used them, it has been a good experience.
Great title company! Fast, efficient and friendly for sure. Smooth closings always
As a local REALTOR, I very much appreciate an attentive, detailed, efficient closing team. Our closings at Chicago Title always go as planned and we look forward to more successful home sales in the future!
