Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The representative I spoke with was rude, dismissive, and made me feel belittled for simply trying to understand my situation. Customer service should be about helping people, not talking down to them or sounding like I’m a bother when trying figure out a situation. I truly hope she takes this as an opportunity to improve her communication and treat future customers with more respect and professionalism.
Great title company that addresses claims head on instead of trying to avoid coverage like many others. Great place to close on a home sale or purchase, with friendly and knowledgeable closers.
Did a refi here, the person who did my refi was pleasant, and prepared. She had everything ready when I got there, and make the process quick and painless.
