This was a disaster where Shalmarie Permenter got directly involved in the divorce negations on my ex's behalf and tried to lie and manipulate the situation to not have the debts against the property paid by the proceeds of the sale of the house because it was 'more work for her.' Even after I brought the documentation of the formal lien against the property to her, so she refused to do the most fundamental elements of her job. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by Chicago Title (Lisa Mayfield) regarding a recent closing of a home loan. Our closing was not completed in a timely manner as expected. Despite all necessary documents and funds being in place, the payment was not made until nearly two months after scheduled closing date. I'm a real estate agent and have used Lisa Mayfield and her staff at Chicago Title for many many years and i have to say they are absolutely superior to the others in town. They get things done quickly, sufficiently and all with a smile! If i can help it I would never use anyone else! They are a must if you want excellent service!
