They sold us a land lock property wont return my call to give me email to properly present a claim . Its been months of this nightmare. They should have noticed the property was land lock!!! Im still waiting on a email to be able to submit a claim!
I am writing this review just to express how amazing Chrissy Bridges was during our escrow! She was always 2 steps ahead of everything and answered every request super fast! We even ran into a snag with the solar transfer because of the company and she Managed to get us to closing on time even though we were told it probably would not happen! She was amazing ! And the military discount !! Thank you so much !

I bought in summer of 2017 with the help of a young woman in this office for both escrow and title services. Visited the lobby two or three times, to vet them for peace of mind, and to hand-deliver documents. Wait in lobby was brief, and service highly competent. This was after a real estate agent first tried to steer me to an "online", out-of-area title company (I'll call it "XX").
