Communication with this title company was extremely poor. They rarely answered their phone, and despite having our title ready for over a week, they delayed recording it, which prevented us from moving into our new home on time. When we were finally able to reach someone, we were met with a rude attitude and vague responses about when they would “get around to it.” The lack of urgency, professionalism, and accountability made an already stressful process far more frustrating than it needed to be.
