The professionalism of the staff at this Chicago Title company's office is second to none, and I am privileged to have worked with such a wonderful and thoughtful personnel. I have already recommended them to all of my contacts.
Please do not use this title company. No accountability as they provided clear title on a property with multiple liens not paid! They completely ignored it. Now in litigation and they claim no responsibility. Avoid them!
There is no better company or escrow officer than Dawn McCahan of Chicago Title and her team. Expertise matters!!
Pathetic. They don't respond, they asked for things multiple times. The are used by a Berkshire Hathaway office exclusively. Pathetic.
Excellent service every step of the way from the staff answering the phone to administrative reception to escrow office.
