Currently experiencing well below satisfactory service, finding team assigned has been non responsive. Unprofessional experience so far. Wish we had much more positive experience to be able to give higher scoring review.

So far I don’t believe I’ve even spoke to the escrow person in control of the sale of my house. I have tried numerous times and each time I’m set to another line that is picked up by an answering machine. The sale was supposed to be finished by the 17 and even that they must have sent to a voice mail. So All in all my experience has been up to par for most places around here. Just terrible service. So far the only positive has been the food. Where you can still get treated like you pay for or better.

After dealing with Chicago Title. I feel my experience did not go very well. I feel as the person I was dealing with was rude and not communicating things needed a head of time. Since day one this person has been very rude and not a person I would want to talk to due to how she speaks. I guess some people are just not nice naturally. The day I am suppose to sign paperwork for escrow they tell me by email to bring a orginal death certificate. Which I did not have and I did not see the email. I really dislike when someone says anything negative. Life's too short so when I was a few minutes late, thanks to our GPS , the comment by an assistant that I finally made it didn't sit well with me. On the other hand Reba was very knowledgeable and professional. Answering all our questions and making me feel at ease with the transaction. Chicago Title started out with 4 stars but now I can only give them 1 star. Update #2: I am astounded that Mark at Chicago Title cared enough about what we went through that he just sent us a refund for the 3 days our home was accruing interest, that we had to pay for while the buyer was moved in and living in the home we sold. It wasn't a ton of money, but it was the added insult to injury that we had felt after going through the entire process. This gesture brought tears to my eyes while reading his letter to me.
