Horrible experience! Don't expect your money the day of escrow as promised! You might have to wait 3 days like I did. I nievely believed the unprofessional Chicago Title Company on Lark Avenue in Los Gatos who didn't even care or try to get me the money on time that I needed for specific TIMELY reason. So the new homeowners were tearing the house apart that morning while I was broke, when I should have had money to use for a unique and timely opportunity I had but could not because of this horrible company. 🤬

I am an agent helping a client with an out of town transaction. Both the client and I are satisfied with the service. The staff is extremely professional. They answer on the first ring, which is so rare. There has always been someone available to speak with me. Good job Chicago Title.

Like other reviewers, I also deeply regret agreeing to use this office for the closing of my house. Not only is Stephanie Evans, AVP/Escrow Officer, incredibly rude, twice she refused to take my calls and let her assistant 'deal' with me because she didn't want to handle difficult matters. Stay from this office and Chicago Title. They're one of the cheapest in the industry and you get what you pay for.

Joette Joseph my escrow officer in Los Gatos is amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable and responsive for any of questions and take good care my clients always.

I regret ever agreeing to have my property sell go through Chicago Title in Los Gatos. They closed late with the county as the recording dragged for couple days. They also overpaid the property taxes without verifying that the taxes were actually paid. Now, I am being dragged waiting for a refund for my property taxes. They also would not help with my prepaid HOA dues which they could have easily refunded to me.
