They get you to closing. Communication with my escrow team was poor. I initiated every conversation through the process. They called the buyer in for closing and only then realized the paperwork was incorrect. They sent the buyer home, corrected the paperwork, and brought them back in later that day to sign the corrected papers, after the lender's business hours, resulting in a closing delay over the weekend. Gave my deposit to the seller. I told them they made a mistake. Was brushed off. My loan officer called to tell the same thing .I called again and was told someone is working on it and was gonna call me back. They failed at communication and failed me as a customer. They made a 1300 dollar mistake and havent made an attempt to tell me. What a joke. A business like this should have way better professionalism and customer support.

I bought a house in Corcoran 3 years ago had the check on time when they ask and the escrow officer did not record on time so the house went into an auction a big company bought it and took it away from me I had worked on it for a month even whit title in my name and this escrow did nothing to help after telling them I was going to go to a lawyer they pay me after 4 months lost all cash investment and profits
