These people erroneously opened escrow without my knowledge without my permission, no contract this company is highly unethical , I filed a complaint with the department of insurance .
The staff here is very nice and attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The two associates I've personally dealt with (Elizabeth and Donna) were extremely pleasant, patient, helpful and accommodating. They need to take on a side gig to train other "professionals" in the real estate sector. Great job ladies!
I Have used Chicago Title for years with no problem. They were recommended to me from others that said they also had very good service with them. I have used others from buyer choice that were not good. I have yet to see any Title company walk on water. Four Stars. No body perfect.
Very poor service, this office " Gina " outright lied to me on the status of recived paperwork told me she recieved it just an hour ago yet i knew it had been sent several hours sooner , this delay cost me a day of time on closing ! After closing the seller got his check right away on Friday and here its now monday and i still have no funds !
