Liz has been awesome. Working on a closing for a home with a builder and she has been great to work with.
We have had a great experience closing our home. Everything was ready when we reached there. All the paperwork, and person who was helping us signings explained each document before we initialed or signed. Professional, very detailed.
Closed on my home at this location and they called/emailed me three days later explaining that they had made a mistake on the contract and wanted me to come out of pocket an additional $1,000. After I did not agree with this, they then put it back on our real estate agent to take it out of their commissions. I contacted Tory and Martie via email letting them know how disappointed I was with their customer service and never received a reply. Based on my very painful more than a month-long experience, I can firmly attest that this office of Chicago title company has successfully brought the meaning of "worthless" to a new level, and proudly redefines the meaning of careless indifference, and unprofessional reckless attitude.
