Not for service members. My daughter and I waited nearly an hour to find out that they did not take my insurance because there needed to be a prior off that I needed to call to find out which was confusing. I’m not understanding why you even booked the appointment if you weren’t able to obtain a prior authorization. I asked the person for the number to call. She seemed confused at the front desk. At first I liked it until we were called into the back. My daughter was treated like she was just their job. Was not treated with compassion in any way. Zero communication skills here. They did not talk to her or make it a fun experience at all. And wanted me to restrain her while she was screaming because it makes their job easier to see inside the kids mouth( She's 3) That's barbaric!
