We had a very disturbing experience at this dental office last week. Our 3 children were scheduled for their first appointment, the appointment was scheduled 3 weeks in advance which is plenty of time to run an insurance authorization. At our appointment we waited an hour in this dental office before being asked to reschedule. Receptionist informed us they never ran our insurance for authorization, and their system is currently down so theres no way to contact the insurance at that moment. I would like to shared my experience thoughts. This is a wonderful place to take my son for dental treatments. The Dentist and staff are great. They are very professional and friendly. And of course if I am able I would give them 10 stars !!!!
I love this place! The dentist is super fast and efficient! My daughter went in for a baby tooth extraction and she was done in less than five min, we sat for maybe 20mins in total for the entire procedure, but the actual extraction was super quick. The entire staff is friendly and make you feel at ease with everything. My daughter loves that she can watch TV while she is getting her exams done! I would highly recommend Children’s Choice!!
The dental assistant was just great, she was so friendly and attentive to my little girl and then comes the dentist who was just awesome and patient with my daughter.
