This place is always ran with chaos and they are very negligent. They had referred my son to a specialist after they had booked him in to get two cavities done after they were the ones to put on his braces knowingly informed that he had braces the day that he was supposed to get his cavities worked on. The doctor said oh we cannot do this. We need to remove wires from his braces, even though they’re the ones that checked him, they’re the ones that did his braces. Ickball she was so nice I love how I was able to make a same day appointment right after my kids 9:20am cleaning appointment. He had a first time ever cavity we was able to make a 11:20am appointment for the cavity. I was like well by the time we are done with the cleaning it won't be long for the next so we stayed they have TV for the kids cartoons and give stickers and a good bag and a balloon if there not out we was on a 5 year journey to find a legit children's dentist office that is not just a clinic. Orthodontist was very accommodating and fun to talk to. Whoever the treatment coordinator was for orthodontics and or new patients never called me back for the information SHE said she was going to provide. Same goes for the woman at the front desk with the last name Martinez. Sent an email after my appointment and didn’t get a response.
My son is autistic and had a very bad first experience with a different office so it took a minute for him to want to go back to the dentist. When we first walked in I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t so chaotic with kids… it was clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly and gentle with my son… by the end of the appointment my son was smiling . It went great! Love this dental office!
Everything was great they went at his pace he’s scared of going to dentist and just only wish their X-ray machine wasn’t down but they did a great visual exam and I like the set up it encouraged my son to see other kids doing and experiencing the same thing he was! I think that helped a lot instead of being enclosed by himself and just hearing new scary sounds never heard before!
