My son is autistic and had a very bad first experience with a different office so it took a minute for him to want to go back to the dentist. When we first walked in I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t so chaotic with kids… it was clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly and gentle with my son… by the end of the appointment my son was smiling . It went great! Love this dental office!
Ickball she was so nice I love how I was able to make a same day appointment right after my kids 9:20am cleaning appointment. He had a first time ever cavity we was able to make a 11:20am appointment for the cavity. I was like well by the time we are done with the cleaning it won't be long for the next so we stayed they have TV for the kids cartoons and give stickers and a good bag and a balloon if there not out we was on a 5 year journey to find a legit children's dentist office that is not just a clinic. Had to wait for an hour. What's the reason for the appointment. They give appointment to everyone and keep saying we are running back. Will not recommend to anyone. And will go to another place for my other kids braces. Solution is don't overbooked the appointment. We always have to wait for a long time. Also parking facilities should be improve.
We waited an hour past our appointment time and a child was coughing constantly whom also had red dots all over her cheeks, did not look well at all and the staff said nothing to the Mother. They continued the appointment for that child and all her siblings out in the one open room that they treat all the kids in😳 My daughter was given the fastest, non-through cleaning I have ever seen and Dr. rushed through appointment. What’s the point of an appointment time when you’re going to have to wait over an hour to be seen? It’s always packed and they always take patients out of order, no matter how long you have been waiting. There staff is rude and unprofessional and they only have one solution, to reschedule you, and then the waiting is repeated. Why does the team never know what’s happening behind the doors?
