Ickball she was so nice I love how I was able to make a same day appointment right after my kids 9:20am cleaning appointment. He had a first time ever cavity we was able to make a 11:20am appointment for the cavity. I was like well by the time we are done with the cleaning it won't be long for the next so we stayed they have TV for the kids cartoons and give stickers and a good bag and a balloon if there not out we was on a 5 year journey to find a legit children's dentist office that is not just a clinic. I gave this practice 3 tries so my toddler daughter would have a dentist that specialized in pediatrics. Each time we spent more time in the waiting room than in the actual treatment area. We would arrive before our appointment time and wouldn't be seen until 30 minutes after our appointment time. The 3rd and last time was the worst. We waited in the waiting room for an hour because the office staff did not complete their insurance verification steps until we walked in and could not complete it. We waited an hour past our appointment time and a child was coughing constantly whom also had red dots all over her cheeks, did not look well at all and the staff said nothing to the Mother. They continued the appointment for that child and all her siblings out in the one open room that they treat all the kids in😳 My daughter was given the fastest, non-through cleaning I have ever seen and Dr. rushed through appointment. While I was there, the service they provided was okay, they were nice.. but overall.. 2/5 because I wasted the first half of my morning preparing for this appointment only to find out they accept straight MediCal coverage through General Dentist service only and NOT ortho (Braces). I made it very clear when calling to scheduling an appointment.. "We have MediCal and it's straight MediCal... We are interested in Ortho service since the public school dentist recommended it." My 6 yr old son went in for a filling. He was super nervous, but they gave him the best experience. They walked him through every step and made him feel super comfortable. Not just that but it was a quick in and out, less then 30 mins.
