I brought my daughter here for the first time dentist visit she’s 1. The waiting in the lobby wasn’t long but as soon as they took us back they did take quite some time in the back. I didn’t like that the door that separates the people waiting in the lobby and in the back to be seen was left wide open for everyone to see there needs to be more privacy . Excellent customer service. Extremely fast, efficient and welcoming. I guess the only negative for me would be the limited scheduling. If there were more flexibility around scheduling appts, this would be an easy five star rating for me. But overall I loved the experience especially coming in as a new patient.
I love it here, i take all 3 of my girls. Staff is kind and very clear. Doctor is extremely patient and works with your child to make sure their experience is painless and talks them through it. Constant message reminders which is good and when they have openings for earlier or different dates they advise which is awesome highly recommend
I am very impressed with this dentist, the office and the staff. Everything is very kid oriented. This was my 4 year old autistic son’s first time at the dentist. They were patient, understanding had innovative ideas and ways to help him do things such as x-rays and even the exam itself. All the staff is courteous and polite. Even though my son had a cavity at the end of the day he was saying that he liked the dentist and his teeth felt better. I’m excited that we found a great children’s dentist on the first try.
Friendly staff and quick to address any concerns. My daughter went in for a dental exam and they booked me with a same day appointment for an extraction that was desperately needed. She was nervous but the staff was amazing. 10/10 recommend this dentist office. We were in and out in 40 minutes!
