Honestly I love the Dr's. All the dentists and dental assistants are really nice with kids and with parents that I have seen so far. The environment is pretty clean and organized. Once they call your name and you step behind that door It feels like a completely different environment from the waiting room. The office ladies are not as friendly. My daughter loved her dentist. She said she was super sweet and she tried her best to be gentle and not hurt her gums while cleaning her teeth. I found the staff very helpful and courteous.
Dr. B and his team were amazing! Although my daughter was noncooperative, the staff was so calm, caring, and reassuring. I have such great confidence for their team! I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
They keep rescheduling my sons appointment, they pushed his appointments for three months, They only do Wednesday and I always work that day, I've had to take work off for them to call and change it last minute three times! The lady that's running it always says it's a personal family matter. That's why she has to reschedule. They need to get more help or someone who know how to manage work and life.
Best Dentist place in Merced. No matter the procedure your in and out within 30 Minutes. Friendly,kind,respectful,receptionists.Extremely clean office. Everyone always explain everything they're doing. The Dentist always talk to the kids to make sure they know what's going on. If your going to any other Dentist please stop and Go to Children Choice it well worth it.
