Very friendly staff. From the front desk to the back office! Dentist was sweet and made my son(9) feel very comfortable as did the tech. The X-ray tech was a complete sweetheart as well! I was pleasantly surprised by my whole experience.
Went in for Orthodontic evaluation. When I asked the orthodontist if there were food restrictions for the palate expander he said no. I mentioned my son likes to eat gummies and he said he'd never heard of them and are they sticky. Then he told his assistant to note in the file that my son likes gummies and that's more important than his teeth. If you come here and you don’t like appointment availability’ you will not be able to cancel. It is hell to get out of. If you are not able to make it to your appointment, it will take another two months to get an orthopedist appointment because they are not there that often . It is horrible. Please be aware of this before you sign a contract with them. They will give you the runaround. There are no appointments after school. I’d give zero stars if I could. My kids been coming here for years until they recently acted like they couldn’t give my high functioning autistic child a regular feeling. They gave my high functioning autistic daughter a regular feeling. Doctor claimed my son moves and he does not…also…all they did really was brush my kids teeth and keep an eye out for upcoming cavities. Place looked and smelled a little dirty, staff was nice and accommodating but not much was done for my son, I get my son is special needs and didn’t want to cooperate but staff didn’t try enough, first my son was to be seen in the first set of cleaning chairs but was getting loud so one of the assistants told our assistant lady to put us in a room, honestly for us it was better because my son gets very overwhelmed, the room smelled dirty and was full of stuff, birthday balloons, lunch bags and other random stuff, barely had ... read more
