The Merced location is a Kids friendly environment; my son loves to come to this dentist; he can color while waiting in the waiting room upon request at desk. Kids can also watch a movie while they’re getting services done.
I am deeply disappointed with our experience at this dental office. We chose this practice specifically because they claim to specialize in treating children with special needs, including children on the autism spectrum. Unfortunately, the treatment my son received was far from what we expected. My son, who is autistic, had done well with a previous male dentist at this office during an earlier visit. I am extremely dissatisfied with this office! I sheduled appointments for all of my kids months in advance because I had some personal health issues to deal with first. Upon scheduling the appointment I began getting phone calls daily asking if we were available to come in sooner. It was fine at first. I simply explained I needed to keep the appointment as scheduled due to my personal appointments I had already scheduled. The receptionist said she understood and would make a note. Children's Choice LODI branch is a WORST choice. My daughter's dental procedure has been canceled for so many times because of their unacceptable reasons. On phone calls, its so hard to get someone to speak with especially in their sedation department. 👎👎👎
They are amazing, I have a special needs child and they were very happy to accommodate him and his needs telling him step by step and letting him feel in control
