The staff was really nice. I especially appreciate how they treated my little one. They were patient with him, called him "friend" which I thought was a great way to make him feel comfortable and welcome, and did well staying patient with him while directing him to follow instructions. However, I only gave 4 stars because the waiting room got super congested.

I have autism and the staff there have been very accepting and ask if we need special accommodations like a room, etc. I have not had to wait long after my appointment time and I appreciate that. My mom is very happy with them and takes my brother here too. He is very dramatic and always scared and the staff is so nice and patient and helpful with him also. We highly recommend them

Took my daughter here due to a referral from her dentist, The staff was nice especially the dental assistant she was super friendly amazing really! The dentist on the other hand was pretty rude and would laugh at what I had to say when I was just explaining what the other dentist have told me🤷🏻‍♀️. She stated she couldn’t do any of the work my daughter needed and would have to refer her out, but She wanted to pull out 2 of her baby teeth that were in “the way” and to see if she can stand getting work done without being sed... read more

The front office staff was quite pleasant, especially when compared to the individuals working in the back besides the young lady who gave my son x-ray seems more friendly. One of the hygienists, who was cleaning my son's teeth, appeared rather displeased, look moody and did not offer a greeting to my 5-year-old son, simply instructing him to sit down and didn't instruct him when she want him to spit in the tube when she spray water in his mouth. I honestly do not recommend this place. My child has been needing a procedure done did all the paperwork did everything they needed me to do on my part. But they haven’t done theirs today was my last visit and never again they didn’t help me with my concerns lied to me that they will call me to set and appointment for the procedure never did the day is over. The Dr. is really bad at communicating with me. Checked my child but didn’t filling me in on what she saw. We went in for tooth pain and today was the second time.
