Kings canyon location: I am so glad I found this place. By far the best dental for children. I had a very late appointment and my son was hysterically crying as soon as we walked in and the entire staff was so supportive. The ladies in the front were so genuine and gentle and tried to console my baby as much as possible as I filled out the paperwork. I have been going to Children’s Choice since they opened in our neighborhood. I always schedule all four of my children for their dental appointments at the same time on the same day to make it easier for me. Childrens choice is always able to accommodate me with dates and times that are convenient for me. They are timely, prompt and professional. No patient privacy at all. Just a bunch of chairs lined up in a room. Your able to see all patient info on there computers nothing is hidden. The Dentist that seen my child is clearly not good with children. Not friendly at all. She doesn’t explain anything, just says this is what we’re going to ok, then leaves. I do want to add that our nurse was amazing I wish I got her name, but without a good Dr having an amazing nurse means nothing in our situation. I will not be back.
I absolutely loved it here!! The staff was amazing and very patient with my boys. I was so nervous going in for my boys but because the staff was so welcoming and friendly they felt very comfortable and didn’t fuss or cry! Definitely recommend this place to anyone. Also they made it very easy scheduling an appointment and even got us in sooner! Thank you Children’s Choice staff!!!
This truly is a Great Dental Office. For one they do everything in the open so you can see your child as they clean and examine them and bean chairs for you to sit next to your child. And awesome staff truly make my children feel at ease quick and painless
