Your whole staff is amazing! Especially your staff in the back. Both my kids had an appt but my 4 year old was scared and expressed it to the young lady. She made sure he felt comfortable as well as the lady who did the x-rays. He came out happy and with his balloon 😊. I hope you guys can open another location in the northeast side of town soon 🙏🏽

every time my partner and I go in for my son for a check up we don’t leave satisfied.. The staff is A1 amazing they welcome my son and treat him very good. The Dentist on the other hand, every time she comes in to check on my son, she doesn’t introduce herself, doesn’t bond with my son or ask how he’s doing or even try to have a pep talk.. You would think if you work with kids, you need to Bond/talk/comfort them etc The Dentist just goes over what was done for my son and leaves, doesn’t even excuse herself She needs to work... read more

When I first started taking my babies here they seemed clean , well put together, kind and organized. Lately they seem unorganized, overbooked, and overwhelmed some of the workers seem to not love their job especially one of the dentists when it’s her job to care and give kind service to CHILDREN being that this is a children’s dentist office. Took my daughter in for tooth pain. Front office staff and dental assistants super nice ! But Dr. Cheng was super arrogant & unprofessional not welcoming. She checked my daughters teeth and didn’t want to answer my questions, seemed bothered and just swag her chair to the next patient w/o telling me any f/u or treatment plan.

I have been taking my kids to this clinic an they are poor in communication. I drive about 30min to and from the dentist on there appointment to the be told they can’t be seen as no doctor is available. Had to reschedule a couple times. Not only does my child see orthodontist there but they only have Wednesday and maybe Monday of the week to be seen.
