every time my partner and I go in for my son for a check up we don’t leave satisfied.. The staff is A1 amazing they welcome my son and treat him very good. The Dentist on the other hand, every time she comes in to check on my son, she doesn’t introduce herself, doesn’t bond with my son or ask how he’s doing or even try to have a pep talk.. You would think if you work with kids, you need to Bond/talk/comfort them etc The Dentist just goes over what was done for my son and leaves, doesn’t even excuse herself She needs to work... read more

Well only real issue is maybe with scheduling, my son is in the home stretch of his orthodontic treatments, I asked how many sessions were left I was told 4 okay , dentist said 3-4 months longer, but with scheduling that means much longer treatments because your only seen 2-3 months in between each treatments. So in reality it’s not 3-4 months it way longer. Yes you can take the braces off but it’s an investment and you want as close to perfection as possible. You decide!

Extremely unprofessional and disorganized office. They constantly misplace paperwork and we had to go back and forth with them repeatedly for the same issues. The orthodontist is only available one day a week (Wednesdays), so even in an emergency, patients are forced to wait based solely on their schedule. They repeatedly told us that my son would get his top braces put on at the next appointment, yet when we showed up, nothing was done. I love this dentist office. They really care about my child and their approach to dentistry is really amazing. My children will not go anywhere else. I actually do their ortho at a different dentist and they are always asking to come here instead. The staff is so nice. The dentists are even nicer.

It was a great experience for my toddler at her first visit. She was very nervous and almost cried but the staff and the provider were very good with her. It was a very fast and straight to the point visit. Definitely recommend.
