I love this dentist office. They really care about my child and their approach to dentistry is really amazing. My children will not go anywhere else. I actually do their ortho at a different dentist and they are always asking to come here instead. The staff is so nice. The dentists are even nicer.
Victoria is a wonderful representative for this company! I am very picky. I am a lot of energy. I ask a lot of questions. I wanna know a lot of things and she did all of those things She answered my questions she was very patient with me and made sure that I understood every aspect of the contract that I was agreeing to so that I can feel at ease. I think she is very good for this position. And I'm so glad that she's my person of contact through this process of my daughter having braces.
All the staff were welcoming and polite. The dentist was nice and answered and explained anything that was asked. The office was quite busy and we did have to wait a bit to be seen, but the staff did their best getting patients in and out as quickly as possible.
Best experience as of yet for my little one! It was super easy to make the appointment and they kept the appointment without any unnecessary rescheduling. We were in and out of the office within an hour. Great service and clean environment! Definitely recommend!
My daughter has level 3 autism. Dental anything is already so hard on her, so we were hopeful that the dentist would be somewhat warm and welcoming like the rest of the staff there, but she was FAR from it. All of the staff (minus the dentist) were so patient with her and incredibly kind, this gave us hope. But when the dentist walked in, she didn’t introduce herself or speak to my daughter AT ALL, and the small amount of speaking she did with me, was extremely rude.
