I googled for a “special needs dentist” because our first dentist wasn’t so understanding. Well picking a place off google did NOT disappoint me. My son is Autistic and usually has a really hard time in new environments. We walked in and waited not even 5mins before he was called to the back which was awesome! He was a little overwhelmed with all the tvs being on, but the ladies in the back were so kind and patient. The dentist was so gentle and understanding. This office location is great. The employees are professional and they work well with the kids. They make sure you understand what is happening with your child, so you can get them the care they need. I would recommend this office to anybody who might be nervous about taking their kids to a first dental appointment.
It was my son’s first time today and they did amazing. Dr. Gerg was so good with him for being little and first time. Always recommend this dentist office.
I absolutely loved this office! They took great care of my 3 and 1 year old. My 3 year old had some cavities we were aware of and needed fixing. I had taken him to smileland in Visalia and had a terrible time and over a 3 hour wait. And never wanted to go back to smileland. Glad we heard about this place! The ladies here were so friendly and quick! They were sweet to my kids and made it fun! We switched due to my Daughter having a bad experience at her previous dentist office and it was a life changer! Dr and Staff are great and make you feel comfortable as the parent and patient.
