Warning warning!!! Stay away from this children choice dentist!! They only after insurance money!! This is my experience…… Took my 6 year old daughter to the dentist to get an exam and cleaning on a 3/28/25 Friday. The clinic was clean but why are all the exam chairs out in the open where you can see the other patients!?? They took pictures of my daughter’s teeth and then took her back to get her x-rays done. Nice, clean environment and friendly staff. We were able to get appointments setup within days. My son is 15 and still able to see this children’s dentist.
I took all three of my children here yesterday. I love that they can all be seen together. I like the system they have, they can literally show you where the cavities are and how deep they are, on their system. Everything is clean (except the bottom of their exam chairs ). * My only complaint is, they don’t introduce themselves and they are not good with explaining what they are going to physically do to your children, so they have no idea what is going to happen to them until it’s happening. I will not take my daughter back. The doctor didn't introduce himself an didn't look at my daughters teeth for no more then a min an after he got done he got up and walked away had no patients with my 4yo daughter crying an screaming because she didn't know what he was doing he didn't explain anything. An the assistant had to tell me everything. An her appointment was at 320p an I had to wait over hr just to get called back an wait another 30min to get them started on my daughters teeth. We went in to get established for care and to have a broken tooth looked at. They gave us a care plan and we came back the next week to start, my son who is 9 was very nervous and they patiently walked us through each step. The dentist was great and listened to what we needed to address first. It was painless and quick.
