If I could put ZERO stars I would!! For the ORTHO!! It has been over a month and a half trying to add my second PPO insurance. The receptionist is friendly but doesn’t keep her word. I sent a photo and wrote down the insurance down for her. She stated I would receive a phone call from HER to confirm it had been sent. Never received anything. I regret getting treatment here for my children. I'm not sure why they take so many patients if they can't keep up with their treatment. If you need to reschedule or just to book an appointment it takes months to be seen. I wanted to schedule an appointment today January 22 for their braces follow-up and they only had appointment avaliable until April avaliable. Is always a problem to schedule an appointment, and they never call you back to reschedule. You have to jump thru hoops and loops just to be able to speak with them.... read more
My daughter started metal braces here in August 2024 after her dentist at Children’s Choice recommended an ortho consult. Please be cautious of their “end-of-month deal.” It’s a high-pressure sales pitch that locks you into a costly contract with little flexibility. Appointments are limited because the orthodontist only visits twice a week, and patients are scheduled every other month. We missed one appointment and now can’t be seen until November. Will not be going back to this dentist office (west)any more the office staff was rude and very unprofessional. I’ve been going to this dentist office for about two years and this last visit was the worse. I took my daughter to the restroom and came back and they basically were getting her chair ready for another patient even though the dentist hadn’t seen her yet. I found that very rude and unprofessional.
Every time I bring my children here they tell me the call center scheduled me too earlier or at the wrong time and try to reschedule me. I have been bringing my children here for two years and it happens every single time, I reschedule an appointment or try to make a new appointment to the call center. I will be switching my kids as soon as I find a better dentist. They told me to come in person
