We has a wonderful time, Natalia from the front desk took us warmly. The place is clean and neat, straightforward and detailed on my son's diagnosis. We came in and left happy. All the staff we have met so far are happy individuals and I hope this message encourages them to be more happy on the things that they do. Little things we do reciprocate and if you smile we all later smiles.. God bless.
I took my Son today for his first dental check up with Dr.Cacho at the white lane and gosford location. His visit was so fast and easy! I highly recommend Dr.Cacho and her team of assistants. From the front office to the back office everyone was so nice helpful caring and kind. 🪥🦷😁
I wish I would’ve done my research before going to the children’s choice orthodontist. I would recommend anyone to not jump the gun on their “one day only deal.” It’s such a hassle to get in after getting your braces are on. My kid has a pokey wire and could only be seen at 11AM and 2PM my kid is at school during that time. They are also only open 2 days of the week. The online days that show them open aren’t accurate. It hasn’t even been a month that we got the braces on and we’re having this issue.🙄
I don't recommend this place to anyone. The front office staff is incompetent. After my daughters appointment i asked if i owed anything after utilizing my insurance. The girl in the front said i owed $200 for the visit which btw was just a standard oral exam, x-rays and cleaning. My insurance covers oral exams and cleaning 100% so i asked what i was being charged for the girl didn't know and then proceeded to ask another employee whom also worked in the front and she told her a different amount which again i asked what i wa... read more
Had a very good experience with the dentist he was very outgoing and made the kids feel very comfortable call them princess even saying to him I really like this dentist and my daughter does too
