My daughter started metal braces here in August 2024 after her dentist at Children’s Choice recommended an ortho consult. Please be cautious of their “end-of-month deal.” It’s a high-pressure sales pitch that locks you into a costly contract with little flexibility. Appointments are limited because the orthodontist only visits twice a week, and patients are scheduled every other month. We missed one appointment and now can’t be seen until November. Every time I bring my children here they tell me the call center scheduled me too earlier or at the wrong time and try to reschedule me. I have been bringing my children here for two years and it happens every single time, I reschedule an appointment or try to make a new appointment to the call center. I will be switching my kids as soon as I find a better dentist. They told me to come in person
Place is over packed. No where to sit. With an appointment you are there for 2 hours. Some workers are on their phone, instead of doing their job. Irresponsible how they don’t charge their equipment. There lack of professional shows!!!!
IVE BEEN TAKING MY KIDS TO SMILELAND FOR 10 YEARS….AFTER THE LAST VISIT,I DECIDED SMILELAND WASNT THE PLACE FOR MY FAMILY ANYMORE.CHILDRENS CHOICE IS A MUCH BETTER ATMOSPHERE.THEY SEE US QUICKER,WE’RE OUT SOONER,& IM ABLE TO HAVE ALL 3 KIDS SEEN TOGETHER @ONCE,WHEREAS SMILELAND WANTED TO SPLIT THEM UP ON DIFFERENT DAYS.SMILELAND WOULDNT LET ME BE WITH MY KIDS DURING TREATMENTS,& CHILDRENS CHOICE DOES.CHILDRENS CHOICE MAY BE A SMALLER OFFICE,BUT THEIR OFFICE ALSO DOESNT HAVE SCREAMING KIDS OR HAVE ME SITTING THERE FOR 2 HOURS... read more
I really like the dental here because they’re really friendly. The doctors are really nice. The girls that worked there. They’re really wonderful. They’re really friendly with the kids. They have a lot of patience and they’re really good people they make you feel welcome.
