Corina and Rose have been a pleasure. They are understanding and caring with their patients. There was a time when I was calling every week to get my son in for an appointment. But I never received a call back.Corina made it right by not charging me for the brackets my son broke on his braces. I really did appreciate that. It would’ve cost me a lot of money. The dentist at this location (7950 white) is so much nicer and more professional than the dentist at the other location. I couldn't hear his name properly but he was outstanding at helping my son with his painful baby tooth and with calming his nerves. When he removed the baby tooth that was causing him pain he did it in such a way that didn't hurt my son. He was personable, relatable and treated both me and my son with respect. My toddler is asking if he can go to the Dentist again!!!! They made him feel like a superhero (the hulk)and it seems like their main concern was making sure that he wants to be back and I agree. They also were beyond professional from the very beginning, reception area were friendly, even when I walked in during their scheduled lunch. The worst place to get braces I've ever had to deal with. They declined services for a year saying I was over due on payments, after8 months of asking for my account to be audited they realized I over paid by $1,000. That was May, it's now October and they still haven't refunded me my money! And my daughter's teeth still aren't fixed. Don't bother trying to speak to the office manager. She will just ignore your calls and emails.
I took my son here by referral from his dentist office because they were unable to extract the tooth due to our dentist being away on a family emergency( which they will never refer anyone here again) my son is 12, he just needed an extraction of a baby tooth I had my office send his X-rays over. The dentist ask why were we there and what can she do. I explained, she looked at his tooth and then the X-rays then said easy peasy I can get that out fast.
