I have put off leaving this review for months because I was genuinely worried that speaking up as an upset parent might affect the quality of care my son was receiving. Unfortunately, after repeated cancellations, significant delays, and the inadequate treatment he is already experiencing, I can no longer stay quiet, especially now that we are actively looking into transferring his orthodontic care. I took my son here by referral from his dentist office because they were unable to extract the tooth due to our dentist being away on a family emergency( which they will never refer anyone here again) my son is 12, he just needed an extraction of a baby tooth I had my office send his X-rays over. The dentist ask why were we there and what can she do. I explained, she looked at his tooth and then the X-rays then said easy peasy I can get that out fast. The Dentist and staff were very nice and respectful. They help my kids feel comfortable during their visit. My 4 year old even hugged the dentist. It was a great visit.
Friendly team and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. My appointment was quick and efficient, and the staff took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I’m very happy with the care and service I received and would highly recommend this office, especially for families with children.
I’ve been taking my daughters here for years always had a great experience. Staff is always helpful and nice. You can schedule appointments online which I love and there isn’t a long wait to be seen.
