We absolutely love the Children’s Dental Ark. My 10 year old has been going since he was a toddler and my 4 year old also goes there. The front office staff is always so nice and make the office very inviting. Robin our dental hygienist is the best and is the most patient with littles and Dr. Rudroff is equally amazing. I highly recommend Children’s Dental Ark to anyone that is looking for a pediatric dentist office.
Update as of Nov. 17: Please stop calling both my phone and my wife’s phone multiple times. If we wanted to speak with you, we would have returned your call. The repeated calls only reinforce the mismanagement and the way we were treated in your office which is exactly why this review exists. We are not changing our minds about returning. We had a great first experience at the Dental Ark with my 5 year old daughter. The staff was friendly, prompt and the appointment was seamless. I loved both the Dental Hygienist and Dentist. Both were warm and friendly with great advice. My daughter truly enjoyed her visit! Thank y’all!
I brought my 2 year old daughter in recently for her first dental visit ever. I was very nervous because our daughter is stubborn and hardly even opens her mouth for us. The entire staff was incredible- they just know what they’re doing! My daughter was comfortable and excited from the moment we walked in. They were very patient with her and explained everything in a fun way, demonstrating what they were going to do on her stuffed animal and letting her practice with the tools. Absolutely amazing experience with my 3-year-old who has sensory processing disorder. He required a sedated procedure, and I was understandably very anxious due to a previous difficult sedation experience with my daughter (not with Children’s Dental Ark). From start to finish, the care and compassion we received were truly exceptional.
