My daughter got her bottom braces on after a couple months getting the tops on. The dental assistant was awesome! She keeps my very anxious child at ease with something she is very uncomfortable with! The top is already coming along!
REGARDING THEIR ORTHO CARE- This place is the worst. Unfortunately I’m stuck with them cause my insurance already paid out the full amount. I’ve tried to switch and it’s basically impossible. They literally only see patients one day a month. So my insurance pays for him to be seen every month, but because of their scheduling they push it out 8 weeks, sometimes more! My son only has 10 months left on his insurance, so when we’re actually there in an apt., I’d like to get as much done as possible… but the last appointment th... read more
I used to like bringing my children here(The Anthem office) the dentists seemed well qualified and carring but there has been a new dentist that is horrible! I'm not sure her name but I believe she's the only one there now. The first time she saw my son she said he had some cavities that needed to be filled but I didn't see them and she said they were just baby cavities just white spots so against my better judgment I let her do the fillings, she drilled the cavities then left to take care of other patients and left my son ... read more
A wire on my son's braces came loose. I called and they were able to get us in the following day. The Orthodontist worked diligently and fixed it with smiles on her face. We're in and out within an hour.
My stepson and his young family recently moved here and the kids were referred to this practice through their insurance. Scheduling was easy and they are even open Saturday! What a great convenience because my husband was able to take them and all 3 kids got seen (baby, child, teen). The dentist and staff are friendly and considerate. They discussed possible braces when the child is ready (still has some baby teeth).
