Friendly staff. The hygienist & dentist were so nice to my son, making him feel comfortable. He had X-rays done without issue. The appointment was quick and scheduling his next cleaning was easy. Definitely recommend this location.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of care and service at this dentistry. Every appointment, I am forced to wait 15–20 minutes past the scheduled time before being seen, which shows little respect for patients’ time. The communication is poor at best. Patients are not treated like people who matter, but rather like numbers being pushed through a system. We love children’s dentistry. We make the half hour drive because the staff are so friendly and helpful. They get all 4 of our kids in at the same time and the appointments go super quick!
**UPDATE: even though my son was not seen by the dentist - because he failed to even show up - this practice still charged my son’s insurance. They literally charged insurance for a service they DID NOT provide. So unprofessional and fraudulent. My son is 2 years old and has been getting his check-ups there since May 2024. At the first appointment, they had us waiting over 20 minutes to been taken from the waiting room - waited another 10 minutes in the chair before the dentist came.
