Way too crowded and I lost my job a few months ago and needed medicaid for a little bit for my daughter, and now I see why our taxes are so high, they offer you things you don't even need. They offered braces but had to borrow money from a 3rd source to get them whether you have a job or not, so getting people into debt. The system is broken. My kids been going here for years. Always good spirits good energy, but today took the cake. My youngest son is terrified of the doctor and dentist. Gave us the hardest time and one thing I can say is Thomas was very patient, he didn't get frustrated or mad with my son and for sure didn't give up. So thank you Thomas cause I was so close to leaving lol
Been bringing our kids here for years, and they’ve been great! The staff is kind, patient with kids, and very accommodating with scheduling. There can be a small wait for routine appointments, but they’re excellent when it comes to urgent care. Highly recommend.
**UPDATE: even though my son was not seen by the dentist - because he failed to even show up - this practice still charged my son’s insurance. They literally charged insurance for a service they DID NOT provide. So unprofessional and fraudulent. My son is 2 years old and has been getting his check-ups there since May 2024. At the first appointment, they had us waiting over 20 minutes to been taken from the waiting room - waited another 10 minutes in the chair before the dentist came. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of care and service at this dentistry. Every appointment, I am forced to wait 15–20 minutes past the scheduled time before being seen, which shows little respect for patients’ time. The communication is poor at best. Patients are not treated like people who matter, but rather like numbers being pushed through a system.
