It was a wonderful experience, the treatment is spectacular, the doctor and his team are very professional and patient with the children, my daughter arrived with a lot of fear and the lady who assisted her made her feel at home. I congratulate her and recommend this clinic 100%.
Upon arriving, the lady at the front desk was on her phone, and I stood in front of her for at least five minutes before she acknowledged me — and this was our first visit. We also waited 45 minutes to be seen, which was very frustrating. The dental assistant we were assigned was not good with children, and I would not recommend him. Additionally, the doctor complained that my seven-year-old son had trouble with the X-rays. My response to that is — he’s seven years old, what do you expect? Assistant Kiera did an amazing job with my autistic son it was his first time at the dentist and I was over whelmed cause I thought it wouldn’t go well and Kiera was so patient and understanding and did a wonderful job
We always have a great experience here. Our son is autistic and they make such a difference and effort with him!! Thank you
Place is never open. Sometimes they won't even tell you that they aren't open, even though you have an appointment that same day. Convenient right?
