looking for a new primary care dentistry for my son and we decided to try this place out since it was close to home! it’s small but for our first time visit, all the team members were so friendly and very helpful. the doctor and assistants were so kind towards my 3 year old and had so much patience with him! looking forward to come back for his next appointment in 6 months!
Pop that was Well, I'm not even sure where you start about this place. I don't typically leave reviews. As we were pulling in. I got a call from children's dentistry asking me to make an appointment for my children. Told the woman on the phone that we were pulling into their driveway that they had a 2:30 appointment. This should have been a red flag right in and there we got in at 2:15. Their appointment said 2:30. The first child did not go back until 4:00. And I helped make the appointment. My 4 year old son had his first cavity filled and it honestly went way better than I expected. My son can barely get through a cleaning most days. His dentist was SO patient and good with him. We were in and out in 25 minutes. No pain. All giggles during the process.
VERY UPSET!!!! And Irritated.. I clearly let them know my son has braces already which already cost me $$$$. When I get there they tell me I have to rip them out and pay again to put new ones cause they won't work with other dentist work. UNDERSTANDABLE but let me know over the phone. Don't bs me and waste everyone's time making me come down there. It's about that money you got for you seeing us. HONESTY GOES A LONG WAY.
Absolutely the greatest team ever. From dr Lee to the front staff the assistant technicians. My daughter had all her concerns met with great communication and understanding. Nothing but very amazing staff.
